Bungee jumping!! Why bother?

Life, I feel is like bungee jumping! I've jumped into this 'world' with Him being the rope! It is the faith on the 'rope' that matters! But nothing to worry. The assurance is from none but the 'rope' Himself!! Even if I want to, I can't let go of the 'rope'. I'll finally 'land' safely, of course, along with the 'rope' tied around me.

Now that I am still swinging & swirling from one corner to the other, I just don't want to bother. Why bother, when the 'end' is guaranteed?

Let me just be - I am!

When I feel bored about life
When I feel glad about life
When life bugs me with problems
When I feel like saying 'enough is enough!'
When I feel like saying 'hurraay!'

When I feel disgusted about myself
When I feel disgusted about others
When others throw stones at me
When others throw sweets at me
When undesirable thoughts creep into mind

ಬರಡು ಭೂಮಿಯಂತಿರುವ ಎನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಮಳೆ ಸುರಿಸಿ ಪೋಷಿಸುವವನೇ!
ಐಹಿಕ ಸುಖದ ಕಾಡಾಗಿರುವ ಎನ್ನ ಮನವನು ಜ್ಞಾನಾಗ್ನಿಯ ಕಡ್ಗಿಚ್ಚಿನಿಂದ ಭಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡುವವನೇ!
ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳಂತಿರುವ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನು ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯಂತೆ ಕರಗಿಸಿ ಆಹುತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವವನೇ!
ಎನ್ನೊಡೆಯ ಶ್ರೀ ರಮಣನೇ! ನಿನ್ನ ಚರಣಾರವಿಂದಗಳಿಗೆ ಶತ ಕೋಟಿ ಪ್ರಣಾಮ!!
